Just been working on a proposal for a show being organised by Pat Wilson for the Margate Harbour Arm Gallery which is due to coincide with the opening of Turner Contemporary.I am keen to be in Margate for the opening and see how the space and art scene in Margate has developed since I went on my research trip there back in 2008 read about that here.
For this piece I am thinking about the limitations of typographic emoticons in displaying real human emotion. Above is a sketch for my proposal.
